Citizen Satisfaction with Public Service: What Factors Drive?

Understanding citizens’ satisfaction with public service is crucial for effective and efficient governance. In this milieu, paper intended to examine the factors that drive citizen service. Data on topic were taken from Nepal National Governance Survey 2017/18, analyzed using a logistic regression model. The findings revealed compliance rule, responsiveness, prompt delivery, receiving own self, hassle-free have positive effect satisfaction, whereas paid/asked bribes attempts negative effect. Hence, cautious intervention in these pivotal ensure higher
